Senior Tax & Accounting Specialist / Tax Manager

$80,000 - $120,000 + Bonus

I'm partnering with a growing West Los Angeles tax and accounting firm that has been serving high-net-worth individuals, businesses, trusts, and estates for more than 30 years.

The firm is seeking a Senior Tax & Accounting Specialist or Tax Manager to join their team and work directly with experienced CPAs on complex tax engagements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants exposure to sophisticated tax work, a clear growth path, and direct mentorship from firm leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare individual, partnership, S-Corp, corporate, trust, and estate tax returns
• Develop tax projections and planning strategies
• Review financial statements and client records
• Resolve tax notices and manage federal and state filings
• Build strong client relationships and provide exceptional service
• Utilize Lacerte and QuickBooks to support client engagements

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of tax and accounting experience
• CPA, CPA Candidate, or Enrolled Agent preferred
• Strong experience preparing individual and business tax returns
• Proficiency with Lacerte and QuickBooks
• Excellent communication and client service skills
